JONATHAN LOCKE HART has published poetry for over twenty-five years in literary journals such as Cimarron Review, Grain, Harvard Review, Mattoid, Quarry, and The Antigonish Review. Translations of his poems have been published in Estonian, French, Greek, and other languages. He has given readings in Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and elsewhere. His recent volumes of poetry are Breath and Dust (2000), Dream China (2002), Dream Salvage (2003), and Dreamwork (2010). Professor Hart began teaching at the University of Alberta in 1984 and has also held visiting appointments at Cambridge, Harvard, Princeton, Sorbonne Nouvelle, Toronto, and Zaragosa.
