Below the Elbow River begins the area of early Stampede Land Purchased during 1963-1964. To the North of the Stampede Grounds is a markup which denotes the Victoria Park expansion area during 1968-1976. To the West of the Stampeded Grounds is Lindsay Park proposed expansion area. CNR Station is located just above this place. The railway line moves along the area of early Stampede Land Purchases done during 1963-1964.
